Oversee the recruitment and induction functions to ensure that the our Company is adequately and suitably staffed on timely basis.
Manage our Company's benefit and compensation programs and recommend changes in accordance with local prevailing or foreseen employment conditions.
Conduct regular salary surveys and ensure internal equity.
Conduct job analysis and job evaluation exercise to determine the organizational structure and reporting levels.Oversee the administration of a fair performance appraisal system for employees.
Oversee the administration of an effective employee grievance handling system to ensure fair treatment of employees. Enhance employee morale and cohesiveness by providing recreational and social activities.
Provide Human Resource support to regional staff in terms of compensation, relocation, etc.
Provide a communication channel to properly disseminate information and to ensure compliance of Company's objectives and plans.
Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Provide and update legal documents as business requirements.
Arrange necessary lodging for team business purpose.
Handle other admin tasks assigned to the HR Department.
