- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic bridge between the HR department and business units, ensuring that all HR initiatives effectively support the company's goals. Your key responsibilities include:
*** Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment and talent development strategies to meet both current and future business needs.
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce requirements and create effective hiring plans.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure a fast, seamless, and professional hiring experience.
*** Employee & Labor Relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Provide advice and solutions for labor relations issues, including disputes, disciplinary actions, and contract terminations.
- Establish effective communication channels between HR, employees, and management to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
*** Performance Management & Talent Development
- Implement and optimize performance evaluation systems (KPIs, OKRs) to enhance productivity and team growth.
- Support mid-level and senior managers in providing feedback and talent development.
- Assist in designing career development pathways aligned with business strategies.
*** Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain talent.
- Monitor market trends and propose appropriate adjustments to maintain competitive remuneration packages.
- Collaborate on payroll, bonus calculations, and employee benefit programs.

- Promote and organize internal activities to build a workplace culture aligned with SVTECH's core values.

- REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment, C&B, performance management, and labor relations.
- Experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
- Self-driven, logical thinker, independent, and highly accountable.
