Senior HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and administering the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that all compensation and benefits offerings are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, competitive within the market, and compliant with relevant regulations. The specialist will work closely with the HR team, payroll, finance, and external vendors to deliver exceptional service to employees.
Main Responsibilities:
• Implement Compensation - Benefits scheme
• Prepare and control HR budgets.
• Proceed payments of Salary, Bonus, Benefits, Insurance and other policies as regulated.
• Organize periodic, centralized and scheduled health checks
• Register for family deduction, PIT finalization.
• Deploy Human Resources activities (policy, benefits, assessment, orientation training, etc.) at relevant Divisions as planned.
• Periodic or unexpected HR Reports as per requests of the Leaders.
• Proceed the Human Resources procedures for employees, expatriate experts, update information on the system, and save personnel profiles including: welcome onboard, labor contracts and addendum, etc.
