Job Description:
Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives in the agency industry (livestream, events, set design, entertainment) for short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals.
Manage recruitment, training, total reward and workforce development programs to ensure the company has the right talent.
Establish HR processes and policies, including compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs.
Build and maintain a strong corporate culture.
Lead change management initiatives by proposing and driving HR strategies and solutions that enhance company performance.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance using KPIs and a structured Performance Management System to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and adhere to state HR policies, maintaining legal and ethical standards.
Design, develop effective HR succession planning programs to secure talent continuity and organizational stability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in HR management, with experience in agencies or the entertainment industry being an advantage and including at least 3 years in the same role.
Deep understanding of HR management, HR strategies, and change management.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities to achieve high performance.
Ability to handle HR challenges flexibly and coherently in a creative agency environment.
Strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
Holding the certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or GPHR is a plus.
