Design and continuously refine competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks (Vietnam, Korea, Japan, global delivery markets)
Lead salary review cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive programs tied to business performance (revenue, utilization, margin)
Build and manage Total Rewards strategy, including benefits, retention schemes, and long-term incentives
Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, especially for high-demand tech roles (AI, data, cloud)
3. HR Policies & Governance:
Develop and standardize HR policies, frameworks, and governance models across entities
Align policies with a scalable, global delivery model (multi-country operations)
Act as a key advisor to leadership on people-related risks and decisions
4. Talent Retention & Performance Enablement
Develop and implement retention strategies for key talents and leadership pipeline
Drive performance management frameworks aligned with business outcomes and productivity
Analyze workforce data to identify attrition risks, engagement gaps, and improvement actions
5. Strategic HR Partnership
Work closely with
business leaders to align people strategy with growth plans (new markets, new service lines)
Support organization design, workforce planning, and scaling initiatives
