Senior HRBP Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
Work as the "HR", integrating "BU HR" and "Central HR", to ensure the right people are in the right places at the right time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Act as the bridge between business leaders and HR.
Translate business goals into people strategies, programs, and action plans.
Work with managers to execute people strategies, programs, and action plans, such as:
Talent development
Performance management
Workforce planning
Talent review
Change management
Employee engagement
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years of HR experience.
Knowledge
Familiar with Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
Work experience across various HR functions, especially Employee Relations and C&B, is preferred but not required.
Chinese-speaking ability is preferred but not required.
Functional Skills
Able to execute tasks, programs, and policies/guidelines in line with their intended values and purposes.
Able to work with employees up to HOD (Department Manager) level to achieve reasonable progress and solutions toward planned results.
Able to stand firm on job requirements and willing and able to resolve conflicts, coordinate among different needs, and escalate when needed.
Able to design reports for data analysis and develop policies and work procedures.
Able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English.

Dau Giay IZ - Dong Nai. Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai.
