Our client (Japanese company) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with deep knowledge of labor law and broad experience in back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law. This includes creating internal regulations, collective labor agreements, and handling labor disputes.
Oversee payroll processing, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, foster positive employee relationships, and ensure a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations, implement innovative practices, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to HR staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the team.
Possess a basic understanding of accounting and tax principles, coordinating with the Finance team on relevant matters.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior or generalist role.
Strong command of Vietnamese Labor Law and practical experience in policy implementation and dispute resolution.
Proven ability to manage and optimize HR systems (payroll, insurance, performance management, training).
Solid knowledge of general civil law, with a basic understanding of accounting and tax principles.
Good command of English
