Infrastructure Design: Design, implement, and maintain the network system to architect a scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure that meets business and technical requirements, whether on-premises, hybrid, or in the cloud.
Infrastructure Implementation: Manage and configure infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
System Administration: Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Network Management: Managing and maintaining network systems to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable operation through Configuration, Fault detection and resolution, Device and inventory management, Policy enforcement, and Performance monitoring.
Server Management: Managing physical and virtual servers running various operating systems, such as Windows Server, Linux, and Unix. Installing and configuring server software, monitoring server performance, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
Storage Management: Managing storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions. Configuring storage arrays, optimizing storage performance, and implementing data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures to protect the company's infrastructure from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with other members of the IT team, as well as with stakeholders from different departments. Communicating effectively with team members, management, and end-users to understand requirements and provide support.
Documentation and Reporting: Documenting infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generating reports on infrastructure performance, capacity, and usage metrics.
