Senior Innovation Project Manager

OBJECTIVES
Proactively seek out new innovative ideas within the organization and in the industry to carry out projects that are beneficial to VPB FC
Proactively and professionally manage projects aimed at improving efficiency with help of technologies, improve the Company's products and service
COMMUNICATION
Internal: All BUs
- Get inputs/ data/ information for project execution
- Participate in/ Request for collaboration in company-wide projects, programmes
External: Vendors
- Get/ buy data, information, services relating to innovation projects
- Broaden network to improve knowledge and understanding on market insights, trends, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively seek out new innovative ideas that align with VPB FC's strategy and current business conditions
Conduct Return on Investment analysis and business case studies for project approval
Identify resource requirements (defined skills, competencies, roles and responsibilities) to assemble the project team; Plan, organize and manage projects from scoping phase to implementation; ensure all project deliverables are completed according to plan
Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of quality, scope, schedule and budget
Update progress & any issues related VPB FC's projects to line manager; alert risks may occur & provide solutions
Prepare and check reports and summarized executive updates of project before proposing management level
Be a contact point of Innovation Center with other internal Business units and external partners
Train, develop and evaluate staff to accomplish goals of the Innovation Center
Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Innovation Project Management Department
