ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and efficient entitlement services to our stakeholders, ensuring stability, accuracy, and a strong customer experience at all times. You'll play a key role in maturing the product, driving continuous improvement across development standards and ways of working.
Working closely with infrastructure and support teams, you will help strengthen collaboration, uplift engineering practices, and improve operational effectiveness. A strong focus on better business modelling and sustainable product evolution will enable the team to deliver scalable, high‐quality solutions that align with both technology and business needs.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the development team and support the testing team
Develop policies as per the business requirement and design
Develop system test scripts, performance scripts and support SIT.
Work in an agile environment, attending stand-ups, retros, planning, showcases and other agile meetings and ceremonies.
Work closely with Release Train Engineers and Solution Engineers to determine platform requirements and priorities.
Resolve technical barriers and roadblocks impacting delivery teams.
Contribute to the improvement of the policy Development capability; drive the maturation of
Software Engineering as a valued discipline in the Technology Operating model.

5+ years of IT experience with strong problem‐solving skills and hands‐on production support exposure.
Experience with configuration and integration tools (e.g. Pega, Blue Prism, OSB, TIBCO) and role‐based access models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC).
Software development experience in any programming language and strong understanding of enterprise systems and API integrations, preferably within the banking domain.
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate using business‐focused language.
High attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Passion for learning legacy systems, driving technology transformation, and continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
