We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer with deep expertise in Swift to join our engineering team. You will take ownership of our iOS application, building robust, high-quality features that serve some of the world's leading retailers and brands on a global SaaS platform.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Be able to understand the business requirements.
• Be able to understand and explain the architecture of the screen/feature that you are developing.
• Be able to create detailed design (Component Context) from the architecture design.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Be able to review code against business requirements and designs.
• Deliver high quality code following best practices for better performance, security, user experience, and reusability.
• Be able to define, implement and execute unit testing.
• Be able to identify impacted areas/services and scope of testing to prevent any degradation.
• Be able to optimize the front-end performance and UX.
• Has ability to collaborate smoothly with other team members, cross team, cross group to get things done in a timely manner with optimal solutions.
• Be able to debug and fix nasty bugs, technical support issues and explain the issue to non-tech users.
• Show the ownership & responsibility.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Swift is essential, including its syntax, features, and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Expertise in core iOS frameworks like SwiftUI, UIKit (for UI development), Core Data (for data persistence), and other relevant frameworks such as AVFoundation, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.
• Proficient use of Xcode for development, debugging, and performance analysis using tools like Instruments.
• Understanding and implementing efficient concurrency (e.g., Grand Central Dispatch, Operations) and effective memory management to prevent leaks and optimize app performance.
• Experience with networking concepts, consuming RESTful APIs, and handling data transfer.
• Strong experience in App Store submission, publishing and managing production apps.
• Basic understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing applications.
• Knowledge of common software architecture (e.g., clean architecture, modular app design and dependency injection) to build scalable and maintainable applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to self-learn and adapt to new business and technologies quickly.
• Ability to use AI in your daily jobs using tools like GitHub Copilot or Xcode AI features.
• Proficiency in communication in English.
