Mô tả công việc
We are searching for a Senior IT Business Analyst. The job will perform the following tasks:
- Communicate with clients and all the teams for client's requirements understanding;
- Analyze project requirements based on given documents;
- Support Project Manager in communicating with customers to get requirements, analyze project requirements;
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client;
- Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Forex News supplier, ...);
- Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design and analysis):
Create Feature List (if needed)
Create SRS (System Requirement Spec)
Create Architecture Design
Create Database Design
Create Basic Design
- Review Detail Design, Testcase;
- Answer Q&A of customers and developers;
Yêu cầu
*Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Mathematics and Informatics or equivalent;
- At least 3 years as programmer in Web based Software Solutions;
- At least 5-6 years as System Analyst or Business Analyst for Web Based application;
- Have experience in Architecture Solution is an advantage;
- Good understanding of client's business requirements;
- Good design documentation is required;
- Good at English command;
- Good UML design is required;
- Have good knowledge at database;
- Have experience with Software Project workflow;
* Personality Requirements
- Hard-working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability of working independent and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
- Ready to work overtime.

*Remuneration Package
- Salary: Competitive with lucrative add-ons (based on skills and experience);
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (5 days per week);
- Excellent Overtime compensation policy;
- Bonus : Twice a year (equivalent to 2 months salary) and performance bonus once a year (equivalent up to 3months salary)
- Well-equipped with insurance package as stated by Labor code
- Salary Review: 2 times/year based on employee's performance and contribution;
