Mô tả công việc
* WE NEED YOU:
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable software/automation requirements.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and document user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in defining project scope, priorities, effort estimation, and timelines.
- Contribute to solution design for automation initiatives, including workflow automation, software solutions, or RPA-related projects.
- Support pre-sales activities: analyze client needs, propose automation solutions, prepare materials, and join client presentations.
- Support testing activities through requirement validation, reviewing test cases, and participating in UAT.
- Provide post-delivery support and contribute to continuous system improvement.
- (Nice to have) Communicate with Japanese clients when required
* WORKING TIME: Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday & Bi-weekly Saturday
Yêu cầu
* Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience working as an IT
Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in software or automation projects. 3+ years of experience working as Business Analyst.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose optimized/automated solutions.
- Hands-on experience in software implementation, workflow automation, or application development.
- Strong IT background with understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and SDLC.
- Good English communication skills for working with international teams and clients.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Electronics retail, or similar industries
* Nice to have:
- Pre-sales or solution consulting experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience with automation or RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, AA, etc.).
- Japanese language skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
