Mô tả công việc
This is a very challenging and exciting position for anyone who would like to learn and work in various fields such as:
- Linguistic
- Requirement Analysys
- Support Testing
- Product backlog management
Joining as an accelerator, you will have the chance to play multiple roles:
- Communicator
- Facilitator
- Product Owner
In addition, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with different departments so that you can improve your main skills and figure out your potential abilities as well.
COMMUNICATOR ROLE
- Translate all kinds of work-related documents
- Interpret anytime when required
ACCELERATOR ROLE
- Ensure product requirements transferred properly to Development team
- Support communication between Japan and Vietnam team
- Facilitate meetings
Yêu cầu
Must-have
- Language: Japanese (Over JLPT N2); English (limited working proficiency)
- More than 2 years experience as an IT Comtor
- High level of Time management, Scope Management, Critical thinking
Nice-to-have
- Teamwork, active learning, work under pressure
- Knowledge about the Scrum framework
- Skills in G-Suites: Doc, Spreasheet, Slide
- Interested in business/finance
