Your role & responsibilities:
Let's get down to business. We believe you're capable of doing innovative things. Your thoroughness, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills enable you to collaborate with ease with the internal IT team, clients and cloud vendors to
Design, build, and migrate system (On-Premise/ Cloud infrastructure / Setup Production application following Procedure)
Maintenance production environment (monitoring, patching)
Deliver & support to customer queries related to cloud-based applications
Prepare & create technical documentation
Provide clarification on incidents, requests, problems, changes and other issues
Your skills & qualifications:
What you need
From 5 - 10 years of experience in IT Engineering with strong AWS Cloud experience (IaaS, PaaS)
MCSA - System administrator (Domain, AD, networking) / Knowledge in working with Windows Server environment
Database - Proven experience working with MS SQL Server (Backup/ Restore/ Query, etc.)
Strong Experience on Transport Layer Security (TLS), Secure, Socket Layer (SSL), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
Strong experience with Multi factor authenticate (MFA), Single Sign On (SSO)
Experience in system building, migration and maintenance
Bachelor degree in IT majors is preferred
Good English (& Vietnamese is a plus)
A self-starter with a desire to learn
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
A result and detail-oriented
