Senior IT Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team at Cake. This role is crucial for ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application management, hardware troubleshooting, printer support, network management, newcomer onboarding, and system administration, including O365 and Intune.
Key Responsibilities:
Applications:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of applications.
Create and maintain user guides for applications to ensure effective utilization.
Hardware:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners, and meeting room equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of all hardware.
Printers:
Support the installation and configuration of printers.
Manage printer permissions and troubleshoot printer-related issues.
Provide instructions and support for printer usage.
Network:
Oversee and maintain the company's network infrastructure to ensure connectivity and performance.
Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Newcomer Onboarding:
Facilitate the IT onboarding process for new employees such as MS account, Laptop, Monitor, ... ensuring they have the necessary tools and access to perform their duties.
Provide training and support on company IT policies and procedures on onboarding date and later on.
System Administration:
Manage and support O365 users, addressing account-related issues and ensuring smooth operation.
Monitor and maintain device status and compliance using Intune.
Oversee the management of machinery and equipment, including creating asset codes, updating asset statuses, and performing regular maintenance.
