Senior IT Recruitment Consultant (360 role)

Job description:
Perform a 360 degree recruitment service from business development until successful placements
* Sales & Business development (30%)
- Approaching new clients and develop client database.
- Fact finding client's requirement to suggest suitable solutions with company's services
- Presenting and convince clients with company's service
- Analyzing and understanding clearly of job requirement from client such as job description, qualification and other skills.
* Performing full recruitment process (70%)
- Sourcing the potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, job approaching, and interview arrangement between client and candidates.
- Preparing shortlisted resume to present to the clients.
- Providing advice about the job requirement to candidates.
- Supporting clients and candidates for salary and other benefits, process offer and negotiation.
- Liaising with clients and candidates for orientation such as arrange time, location and documents.
- Setting up the project time line, meeting and update the project status with client to ensure that the project goes smoothly
Requirements:
- Min 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant including 2+ years experience of IT Industry recruitment)
- Proven track record of successful placements for IT positions
- Fluent English;
- Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese is big plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible
- Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels
- Ability to give mentoring/coaching junior members is a plus
