* Overview
- We are seeking a talented and motivated Software
Developer to join our dynamic team working on developing our CEX (Centralized Exchange) Spot Trading Platform. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the core features of our online trading platform, enabling users to buy, sell, and swap a wide range of cryptocurrency assets.

- Collaborate with the product management and technical teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, secure backend and front-end components for the CEX spot trading platform.
- Implement trading functionalities, order-matching algorithms, and liquidity management solutions while considering factors such as low latency and high availability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and protocols to expand the platform's connectivity and capability.
- Work on data modeling, database design, and optimization to support the platform's functionality and performance requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, thoroughly tested software solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to cryptocurrency trading platforms
Yêu cầu
- At least 7 years experience in Java
- Hands-on experience in JVM and Java Core, Java ecosystem
- Good knowledge in Data Structure and Algorithm
- Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles
- Experience with micro-services architecture, and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS or GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions within defined timelines
- Great to Have:
+ Experience in software development with a focus on building trading platforms, financial systems, or related applications.
+ Experience in developing HFT : High Frequency Trading System
- Good to Have:
+ Understanding of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain technology, and the principles and mechanisms of order books, trading pairs, and trading algorithms.
+ Knowledge of security best practices and cryptography as they relate to financial systems and cryptocurrency platforms would be advantageous.

Good reading & writing English skills (average listening & speaking are acceptable). No open for hybrid/ remote work. Pay net salary (no social insurance and tax included). Main requirements: Senior skills, experience with Java backend and micro-services. Fintech/crypto/blockchain domain knowledge is a plus (not required).
