What we expect you to perform
Be a team leader in Javascript-based technologies.
Do architecture design & solution design in software development for international customers.
Write reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code.
Test, update, and optimize the application for performance and security.
Be a driver for improving processes and technology to help deliver a better product experience.
Actively participate in suggesting and implementing improvements to developer workflows and introducing new ways of working and technology that help the team move faster.
Be a mentor for a fast-growing team and have the desire to build your own team.

Yêu cầu

Who we are looking for
3+ years of experience with multiple JavaScript-based technologies.
Deep knowledge of NodeJS & React.
Nice to have skills in React Native, Flutter
Experience with building SPA & complicated applications.
Ability to speak English fluently to work in an international environment
Understand software architecture in practice with scalable solutions in mind.
Experience mentoring junior developers
Own or potentially develop BSS core values FIRE: Fervor, Face the challenge, Integrity, Responsibility, Respect, Enjoy
