A. Client Strategy & Business Growth
Act as the primary commercial owner for assigned brand accounts selling into the US market via TikTok Shop.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and platform insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize GMV.
Lead strategic discussions with clients to define business goals, promotional strategies, and growth roadmaps.
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plans aligned with cross-border expansion objectives.
B. Cross-Border Demand & Supply Coordination
Work closely with brands and internal logistics teams to forecast demand and plan inventory allocation to US warehouses.
Ensure supply chain readiness for key sales campaigns and promotional events.
Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth goods delivery and inventory availability.
C. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central project lead for assigned accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams including Logistics, Creative, Media, Operations, and Legal/Tax.
Manage the end-to-end execution of cross-border projects from brand onboarding and store launch to live sales operations.
Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and execution quality meet internal and client expectations.
D. Store Performance & Operational Excellence
Oversee the operational performance of TikTok Shop stores in the US market.
Monitor key operational KPIs including store health metrics, response rates, fulfillment performance, and policy compliance.
Ensure promotional frameworks, product listings, and visual brand standards are implemented accurately.
E. Financial Governance & Performance Reporting
Manage revenue tracking, receivables, and financial reconciliation with clients and internal finance teams.
Develop structured performance reports that provide insights on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
Present business updates and growth recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
F. Strategic Projects & Cross-Border Expansion
Lead internal projects and pilot initiatives to improve cross-border service models and operational frameworks.
Identify opportunities to enhance brand onboarding processes and cross-border business scalability.
Contribute to building OnPoint's long-term capabilities in global eCommerce and TikTok Shop expansion.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-6+ years of experience in Account Management,
Business Development, or E-commerce operations.
Experience working with eCommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Experience working with cross-border commerce or international markets is a plus.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders including clients and internal teams.
Skills
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales and operational performance.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Professional English communication skills (required for working with US market partners).
