3POmni Key Account Executive or Manager is to act as the strategic bridge between the brand and its external partners to maximize market share while maintaining brand integrity.
In this role, you aren't just "selling products"-you are managing a complex ecosystem where you must balance the brand's profitability with the partner's operational requirements.

1. Sell-in Management
· Forecasting & Pipeline: Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to create accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and upcoming marketing activities.
· Order Placement: Manage the "Sell-in" process by securing purchase orders (POs) from partners that align with quarterly sales targets.
· Assortment Planning: Ensure partners carry the "Must-Have" SKUs and new product launches (NPD) to maintain a healthy and competitive catalog.
2. Sell-out Management
· Demand Generation: Design and implement "Sell-out" activities through both online and offline stores of the partner. (vouchers, bundle deals, and live-streaming) to ensure products move quickly.
· Inventory Health: Monitor the Weeks of Cover (WOC) at the partner level. Identify slow-moving stock and initiate clearance strategies or stock-rotation plans to avoid aging inventory.
· Visibility & Conversion: Optimize digital shelf presence (SEO, high-quality images, and A+ content) to maximize the conversion rate on partner platforms.
3. Data Integration & Analysis
· Reporting: Reconcile Sell-in and Sell-out data to calculate the Inventory-to-Sales ratio.
· Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between planned targets and actual performance; develop "catch-up" plans if Sell-out is lagging behind Sell-in.
· Stock Balancing: Coordinate with the Operations Manager to reallocate stock between different 3P partners based on real-time Sell-out performance to maximize overall GMV.
4. Trade Promotion Strategy
· In-Store & On-Platform Visibility: Design and execute the "Picture of Success" (PicOS) for 3P channels. This includes securing prime digital real estate (homepage banners, search keywords) or physical floor space (end-caps, floor-stickers).
· Mechanic Optimization: Develop high-conversion promotional mechanics beyond simple discounts, such as Gift with Purchase (GWP), Bundle Deals, and Purchase with Purchase (PWP).
5.
Business Development & Partner Scouting
· Opportunity Identification: Proactively research and identify new 3P, social commerce platforms, or sub-distributors to expand market reach.
· Lead Generation: Build a pipeline of potential retail partners and lead the initial pitch process to showcase the brand's value proposition.
