Mô tả công việc
• Ensure that the brand and store KPIs are met on time.
• Analyze sales performance and advise clients on how to grow their e-commerce sales in a sustainable way. • Drive sales through stock availability, pricing competitiveness, effective merchandising, and targeted assortment growth.
• Grow revenue and profitability for N-Squared by partnering with Business Development on offering new value-adding services to clients, optimizing commercial terms with existing clients, and scaling existing operational processes.
• Maintain close relationships with both brands and e-commerce platforms. Interact daily with partners to ensure timely and effective implementation of the strategy.
Yêu cầu
• High proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada /Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor.
• Possess a commercial experience - you understand customer needs and drivers of performance. You leverage your expertise to advise brands on all e-commerce topics.
• Strong interpersonal skills including presentation and listening skills allow you to build trust and lasting senior client relationships.
• Know how to reconcile top-down and bottom-up targets. You are data-driven and your excellent analytical skills are backed by proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Result-oriented mindset and take ownership in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Agile and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
