Job Summary
Provide legal support for fintech, payments, e-commerce, and digital platform operations, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling business growth.
Act as a key legal point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, with a focus on regulatory matters, authority engagement, and enforcement-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Advisory (-50%)
Deliver practical and business-oriented legal advice for products and strategic initiatives.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with partners.
2. Compliance & Regulatory (-30%)
Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, data privacy, internal policies).
Support regulatory reporting and audit activities.
3. Licensing, Authorities & Enforcement (-20%)
Support complex licensing matters beyond standard registrations (e.g., ERC/IRC).
Liaise with regulators, law enforcement, and courts on inspections, data requests, and enforcement matters.
Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law;
Lawyer's Practicing Certificate are preferred.
Experience:
Over 5 years working experience (e-commerce, fintech, finance & banking is preferable).
Skills & Mindset:
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and manage time effectively;
Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven, and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
Other Qualities:
Languages: Good in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
