Mô tả công việc
To assist the Company in legal matters and limit the legal risks for the company:
Forecast & provide legal advice and services in relation to the business activities, projects and operation in advance and immediately on time.
Draft, review and advise contracts/ agreements (lease agreement/ tenancy agreement, etc.) required by the Company to Ensure legality of contract/agreements.
Apply for the necessary licenses.
Update the new Law documents related to the Company's business activities
Weekly & monthly reporting to BOD; performing other tasks required by Board of Director.

Yêu cầu
Educational qualifications: University of Law graduated; have legal knowledge on real estate, business, investment, labor and commerce
At least 3-5 years of experience of working in real estate is preferred.
Professional in English.
Good communication skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft office and presentation.
