PURPOSE
The jobholder is responsible for driving upsell, cross sell percentage for digital customers and driving initiative for Online to Offline (ON2O) model.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
• Responsible for generating leads and sale of ON2O model
• Responsible for up-sell, cross-sell ratio
• Manage the customer digital lifecycle to ensure performance goals are met while building revenue and customer retention.
• Utilize technology in selling more products to digital customer.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• BA degree
• From 5-7 years of proven work experience with related to sales and management in financial services, e-commerce, fintech industries
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Strong data-driven and target focus approach
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Sales planning & sales activities monitoring
• Basic data platform knowledge
• Understanding about digital customer analytics, digital customer journey nurturing
• Time management, can work under pressure
• Energetic, detail-oriented, take ownership and commercial-oriented.
