Job Description

Prepare revenue and expense forecast budget by working closely with key business units
Monitor and evaluate monthly results to ensure financial objectives are met to maximize potential financial return and escalate when necessary
Conduct continuous evaluation of the financial and business performance of each business units and eventually the whole company using bottom up approach
Develop and maintain monthly operational analysis reports supporting the lines of business
Validate and track budget and rolling forecast and the key changes to the performance
Provides support to the implementation of key programs, systems, and processes through analysis and research
Perform analysis and develop models to support executive management in the decision-making process, operationally and/or financially
Review internal controls and processes to ensure both business and operational efficiency is optimised
Prepare ad hoc and recurring reports, graphs, and metrics, identify areas for improvement and work closely with various business units to implement business initiatives to meet departmental financial objectives
Prepare executive presentations for senior management

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration, Business, Accountancy or equivalent work experience. Preferably Master of Business Administration specialised in Hospitality Administration
Preferably 10 - 12 years of working experience with exposure to multiple functions within the hospitality industry
Business knowledge and exposure to various business lines within hospitality operation
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a managerial capacity
Well verse in MS Office and ERP system
Strong analytical skills and able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
