Mô tả công việc
Main Responsibility
1. Monitor end-to-end contest process: Work with Account Heads and partners to propose contest schemes; analyze data, forecast cost for contest proposal; review memorandum and communicate; track contest results and accrue, proceed payment for sales force and bank partners, evaluate the effectiveness of contests.
2. Design compensation schemes, build calculation model and control the actual expense and the effectiveness.
3. Manage the supporting activities for Bancassurance channel and ensure the internal and external compliance of all activities.
4. Oversee all operational activities, lead budget planning, and monitor the approved budget of Bancassurance channel.
5. Work with Account Heads, sales team and bank partners to understand and find potential issues of the BAU activities and propose the corrective solutions on an on-going basis.
6. Support the channel in strategic planning, formulating of business initiatives, contests, and compensations.
7. Provide on the job training and coaching to team members.
8. Others: Assigned by Line Manager and Channel Head

Qualification and Experience Requirement
Education
• Bachelor's degree. Major in Business Administration or Economics.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Service Industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Reporting and Analysis.
Skills
• Detail-oriented, teamwork, and hard working.
• Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong MS Office applications, especially in Excel & Power Point.
• Solid quantitative and analytical aptitude.
• Has strong interpersonal skills ability to interact congenially with cross-functional colleagues across different levels.
