Purpose:

Position Quality as independent assurance organization (4 eyes principle) to secure top-class quality where it matters the most. Function as "business consultant", the single point of contact to product teams (creation and manufacturing) on product integrity inquiries. Monitor execution of brand priority products with elevated service level provided. Lead Product Integrity teams within the assigned country/operations areas, a task force of material & product testing subject matter experts to secure the right testing execution on laboratory and perception testing as per product intended use.

Key Responsibilities:

Single point of contact to product teams (creation and manufacturing) and cross-functional counterparts on product integrity inquiries, product risk assessment and escalations on exceptional management (FD/LR, EVS). Address and follow through specific quality assurance measures on product and material level.
Secure the right testing execution and validation on laboratory and perception testing as per product intended use, performed at T1, T2 or 3rd parties and consistent execution of brand, sourcing and customer priority products with elevated service level provided.
Manage test level allocation for products created under Asia Operating Model
Monitor product integrity, flag any potential risk on and escalate non-compliance.
Monitor warehouse claims and defective returns to coordinate analysis in collaboration with LO Sourcing Operations Management and Claim Management Team. Ensure that root cause is identified, corrective action plans are established and executed.
Ensure flawless execution on material/product level for testing of new or critical technologies (QA-Plans, functional testing, etc.)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Advanced knowledge of materials quality, lab testing and garment manufacturing
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interacting with different levels of business
Advanced MS office skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and / or at least 3-5 years of relevant business experience.
Degree in Material, Quality Management and / or extensive garment manufacturing experience.
Experience in managing a team
