- Manage day-to-day HubSpot system maintenance and be the first contact person for support requests
- General support of implementing HubSpot as the global Marketing Automation tool at Rexroth
- You collect best practices in the Marketing community and make them accessible to others
- You proactively look for improving the usage of HubSpot and contribute to our knowledge base to better enable team members
- You are creating and conducting trainings together with our agency
Yêu cầu
Languages:
- English - business fluent -- important for international stakeholder communication
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master Degree in Marketing, Business or technical discipline
Know-How:
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in creating and conducting trainings
- Experience with Marketing Automation/E-Mail Marketing in general and with HubSpot in particular
- B2B Marketing experience
- Project management skills and the desire to implement process improvements
- Experience in customer support is desired
- Knowledge of Bosch processes is desired
- Ability to find solutions for unstructured problems
- Familiar in working in a global team
- Analytical, organizational & troubleshooting skills
