1. Campaign Management, Reports & Analysis (70%)
- Manage and execute major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, new product launches, and other strategic projects as required.
- Collaborate with teams across data analytics, product development, and operations to brainstorm ideas and create end-to-end growth strategies.
- Develop, analyze, and present key reports to the management team, supporting decision-making for campaigns and projects.
- Work closely with creative and operations teams to implement marketing and communication plans that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Partner with KOLs/KOCs and external collaborators to amplify campaign impact and reach.
- Oversee campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimized ROI.
- Track campaign outcomes, analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversions, etc.), and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
2. Content Creation (20%)
- Develop and execute content specifically tailored for marketing activities within campaigns and projects.
- Create engaging and on-brand content across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, and video scripts, to support and complement campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives and enhances audience engagement.
- Collaborate with
designers, videographers, and external agencies to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and integrate them into content strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
3. Other Duties (10%)
- Monitor public sentiment across digital and traditional platforms to detect potential issues.
- Create and implement crisis communication plans to respond swiftly and professionally to challenges.
- Evaluate post-crisis outcomes to identify lessons learned and improve future response strategies.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing marketing campaigns with measurable success.
- Proficiency in
digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems), and campaign reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to execute impactful campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills, particularly in developing materials for campaign activities across various platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in F&B industries is preferred.
