RESPONSIBILITY
Project Coordination and Management:
Act as the key liaison between the Nordic
marketing leader and the Hanoi team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on projects.
Coordinate and manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for marketing initiatives assigned by the Nordic marketing leader.
Monitor project progress, address potential bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality results.
Technical Marketing Support:
Oversee website maintenance, ensuring content updates, functionality, and tracking are optimized.
Manage and support advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other performance marketing tools.
Implement and maintain tracking systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to monitor campaign performance and website traffic.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and optimize marketing efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Nordic and Hanoi teams to align on marketing strategies, priorities, and deliverables.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital and offline channels as needed.
Provide updates and reports on project status and performance to the Nordic marketing leader.
Strategic Insights and Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and communication between teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and technical advancements to bring innovative ideas to the table.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with
digital marketing platforms, website maintenance tools (e.g., WordPress, CMS systems), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
A solid understanding of performance marketing and campaign tracking.
Experience working with international teams or across time zones is a plus.

Technical Marketing Knowledge: Strong foundation in website maintenance, advertising platforms, tracking systems, and marketing automation tools.
