The focus is to drive the marketing strategy for online English learning brand as well as corporate brand, including strategic,tactical growth campaigns through multiple platforms; establish, implement and measure the effectiveness initiatives to drive adoption, engagement and monetization.
Manage CAC(customer acquisition cost) in line with company business strategy, work in close collaboration with Acquisition Digital Marketing team to optimize conversion rate from Leads to Paid students, manage digital agency on SEM and SEO projects, improve the user experience along the conversion funnel.
What will you do?
Managing Brand and Growth of Online English learning:
- Develop the marketing strategy and brand to meet business objectives and overall tracking across the funnel
- Provide inputs and advise the management team on key issues (e.g. strategic initiatives, BU-level plans, and major investments) based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analyses
- Identify brands targeted personas, matching with digital audiences to optimize CAC
- Configure settings in digital platforms management tools (Search engines, social media / messaging management platforms) to drive brand awareness and/or lead acquisition
- Work in close collaboration with the Acquisition Digital Marketing team to develop content and creatives adapted to the digital marketing strategy; Develop multi-channel performance digital marketing strategy (channels identification, resource allocation, target selection)
- Report on the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies and campaigns to the Head of Marketing and Business Head
- Improve the quality of creatives and content for digital marketing campaign with AB Testing results
- Adjust the configuration of the settings in digital platforms management tools
- Manage, build, and lead a strong team by recruiting, coaching and developing team members.
Corporate Marketing Management:
- Drive business objectives by ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders understand and support company vision and business strategy, including but not limited to corporate partnerships, new products, partner programmes, marketing campaigns and internal programmes.
- Define and execute corporate marketing and brand strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging and positioning.
- Create and execute a community relations plan that neutralize brand image and brand love
- Oversee event strategy and execution for conferences and industry events, and support internal events.
- Manage corporate communications including executive communications, messaging development, and PR.
- Lead our All brands building efforts.
What do you need to bring?
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognizable university
- At least 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, app, social media and content marketing. Experience working for well-known e-commerce or applications or education tech will be an advantage.
- Being passionate about content and digital media.

- Being a creative story teller, with a commercial-oriented mindset
- Have an eye for good design. Able to guide designers via specific briefs and requirements
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Being highly logical & structured in thoughts and communication
