CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd. is looking for qualified, talented, and dynamic candidates for the full-time position of SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER & SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER to be
stationed in the Hanoi Office.
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design MEP services according to specialization:
• Mechanical: Air-conditioning and Ventilation Systems
• Electrical: Power Supply and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems
• Manage and coordinate engineering design schedules to align with overall project timelines;
• Review and verify drawings and technical documentation for compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Provide technical leadership for MEP integration, ensuring smooth coordination with other building services;
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design issues and ensure project delivery;
• Report design progress, updates, and potential risks to the respective Team Leader and MEP Manager.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education:
◦ Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (as applicable);
◦ Practicing License - Class 1 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Design is a MUST.
• Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Design
• Technical Competencies:
◦ Strong knowledge in respective design discipline;
◦ Thorough understanding of building design steps and project execution;
◦ Proven experience in multi-disciplinary coordination within MEP projects;
◦ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, relevant calculation software (Electrical Load / Mechanical Load);
◦ Ability to thoroughly comprehend and apply technical specifications and documents.
• Soft Skills:
◦ Ability to work independently and within a team;
◦ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
◦ Effective communication;
◦ Ability to propose and discuss technical solutions with Team Leader during design and construction phases.
*Salary would be commensurate with successful candidate's relevant qualifications and
experience.
*Application in ENGLISH is COMPULSORY.
