MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Working days: Mon-Sat
2. Overtime work: Almost everyday until 18:00-19:00(They pay OT)
3. This is ODA project and strict about documents
4. Their Project is going to start from next January or February(until then, mainly documents work)
Mechanical system for Metro
They are in charge of 2 station below!!!
1. Nhà hát Thành phố station@Đồng Khởi street,
2. Ba Son station@ Tôn Đức Thắng street
In charge of Mechanical system for Metro such as below
- Air conditioning ventilation equipment
- Sanitation and drainage facilities
- Fire extinguishing equipment
- Automatic control equipment
- Supervising for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protect, Mechanical,
- Cooperation: in charge of work & cooperation with Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, Authorities and Others to guarantee that the project is run smoothly; improvement;
- Instruct/Train/Inspect/record and control employees/subcontractors for all projects;
- Solving problems and improvement: Risk Management & Improvement including Databases, Analysis, Dispute Resolution and, Benchmarking for Construction projects;
- Handover document Report control. Report status of implementation by each schedule and whole project;
- Make construction documents (shop drawing, material approval, methods of statement, test plan and etc).
- take of quantity and make quotation for variation order.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
