JOB DETAILS
Media Planning: (10%)
Work with Planning team to develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies, media plans budget allocation, rate metrics and cost.
Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
Digital Campaign Execution: (80%)
Responsible for the execution, the day to day analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
Measure and report performance of all
digital marketing campaigns, and assess against Ecom goals (CPC, CPL, CPO, ROAS, CIR,...) & Branding & Performance Goals (CPC, CPM, CPL, CPQL, R&F..)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Report & Analytics: (10%)
Prepare detailed performance reports ( Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly ), providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.Proficiency & good understanding in Facebook Ad ( included CPAS ), Google Ad ( SEM, Performance Max, Display,...), TikTok Ad ( Livestream Ad, Product Ad, Video Shopping Ad).
Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies and tools.Experience with GTM, GA4 or other web analytics platforms is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
