A. JOB DESCRIPTION
• We are seeking a candidate with a solid background as a Senior MEP Engineer with experience in High Rise commercial and Data Centre projects, such as scheduling, budgeting, resource project tracking, managing sub-consultants and coordination, weekly progress documentation, and project closeout. To complete design studies, design reports, drawing designs, technical specifications, cost estimate and other design functions as required by Line Manager.
• Support the Mechanical Team Leader to set up documents for each design stage, from concept design, technical design, tender, and construction documentation.
• Support the Mechanical Team Leader to check and verify the quality of the design document (drawings, design report, and technical specification).
• Check the details of the design drawing and suggest ideas to discuss with the M&E manager and team leader.
• Lead the design, documentation, and presentation of the following material to achieve the critical dates required.
• Take the lead from the team leader to oversee that all team members in the group are working efficiently and effectively to achieve the projects and deadlines.
• Coordinate with the head of department to monitor staff's compliance with company regulations and policies.
• To carry out the mechanical system design of multi-story structures such as high-rise buildings, office buildings, apartments, hotels, and factories.
• Other tasks are as instructed by the direct supervisor.
