Job Description
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve team conflicts and address any personnel issues.
Technical Leadership
Guide the team in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
Ensure adherence to all architectural and technical standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Resolve technical roadblocks and assist team members in overcoming challenges.
Contribute to and may decide upon system and database architecture and design decisions.
Project leading & Execution
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
Attend meetings with clients' project team for project planning, requirement discussion, design review, testing, issue resolution, etc.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Provide accurate effort estimations for work enhancements.
Collaborate with the product owner to groom the product backlog.
Quality Assurance
Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
