Mô tả công việc
● Understand each test step(Smoke, Correction, Regression, Full Function, Service Scenario) ● Debug the defects (problem analysis and reproduction) ● Escalate a problem or issue to the related department and management ● Understand Site Service Scenario & Use Case ● Create and update Test items and Procedure ● Develop Test Automation Program and Test Case ● Inter-operability Test with other vendor's equipment ● Documentation for the official release ● Ticket handling ● Respond to customer via ticket system, e-mail, SNS, phone ● Work for the homologation required by the customer. ● Provide on-site/remote support for field issue and operation ● Troubleshooting ● Provide documentation for test report and Issue report ● Learn and share customer service scenario and environment ● Customer network analysis and support operation ● Consult a function and network improvement ● Review & negotiate the mandatory function roadmap with the customer ● Influence product roadmap based on customer needs ● Maintain a deep understanding of customers, product offerings, product use cases and best practices. ● Symptom analysis ● Collect the necessary data and log ● Collect and share the information regarding customer specific network. ● Provide direct technical support to customers on operation, troubleshooting, installation or maintenance of proposed products. ● Report on metrics ● Compliance check and analysis for the customer requirement ● Provide maintenance service for the new customer service scenario and environment to maintenance team, PA and RND. ● Write training material ● Execute function training Behavior: ● Identifies feature and module dependencies and critical path. Proposes mitigation plans for identified risks and problems. ● Actively share knowledge through peer mentoring, share resources and informal teaching ● Present finding with confidence and respond to questions/feedback during team meeting. Offer actionable and helpful feedback to others ● suggest process improvement and best practices ● Mentors coworkers within team. ● Defines an implementation plan that includes schedule, priorities, dependencies and deliverables. ● Able to identify all major techniques. ● Able to explain technical/business issue and discuss matter in English
Yêu cầu
Skill and Knowledge: ● GPON ● 802.11ac wave 2 ● 802.11ax ● Second Language (English) speaking, presentation and technical training, writing and communication at work ● Network basic knowledge of OSI 7 layer, Ethernet, MAC, IP, TCP, UDP, etc. ●Subscriber side network knowledge such as residential gateway, IPv6, NAT, Wi-Fi, DHCP, port forwarding, DDNS, TR-69, etc. ● SW knowledge such as Linux, Windows, Script, Programming language Education and Experience: ● AS degree in Computer science, Engineering or Equivalent ● 5+ years experience in telecommunications ● International Travel
