- Lead the charge in research, design, and optimization of Deep Learning technologies (especially for advanced Large Language Models (LLMs)) for diverse NLP applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to decipher complex requirements and translate them into scalable, state-of-the-art NLP solutions.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all NLP model development activities.
- Work hand in hand with product management teams, gaining valuable insights into customer needs and translating them into actionable technical requirements for NLP model development.
- Spearheaded the development of robust data pipelines and efficient data preprocessing techniques to ensure the utmost accuracy and quality of training data for large-scale language models.
- Stay on the forefront of NLP advancements through in-depth research and leverage your findings to continually enhance existing models.
- Evaluate and integrate new NLP methodologies, frameworks, and tools, enabling us to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Drive the deployment of NLP models using Kubernetes and Docker, incorporating best practices for CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient deployment processes.
- Develop prototypes using GRPC, REST, and HTTP2 for efficient and scalable communication between services, contributing to the enhancement of our NLP system's overall performance and responsiveness.
- Inspire and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Yêu cầu
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in NLP research, with a proven focus on Deep Learning for NLP, Language Models, and their practical applications.
- Extensive hands-on experience with major deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms, and proficiency in CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or C++, coupled with a strong grasp of cloud-based technologies and distributed computing environments.
- A successful track record in leading and delivering impactful NLP projects, including the development and deployment of large-scale language models.
- A solid foundation in mathematics for Optimization problems, especially in machine learning, deep learning, and Exploring Data Analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, empowering you to thrive in cross-functional teams and drive innovation within a fast-paced environment.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving research challenges and priorities.
- A deep understanding of the latest advancements in NLP research, encompassing transformer-based architectures, attention mechanisms, and transfer learning techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, focusing on NLP, machine learning, or deep learning.
Preferred experience:
- A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, focusing on NLP, machine learning, or deep learning.
- Publication of research papers in reputable conferences or journals related to NLP, deep learning, or large-scale language models.
- Experience with parallel and distributed computing, as well as GPU optimization for large-scale model training.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security practices related to NLP model development and deployment.
- Demonstrated self-management capabilities, nurturing a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Familiarity with NLP libraries like Langchain, Hugging Face, etc.
