Objectives of the Position
Plan and execute of Digital Marketing and Communication operations that strengthen BASF Agricultural Solutions' brand, drive demand generation across crops and customer segments in Vietnam and support commercial and sustainability priorities. Execute integrated digital campaigns, deliver content and communication that engage farmers, distributors, retailers and internal stakeholders, and measure impact to optimize performance.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
1. Campaign & Communication Execution
• Execute external communication activities including marketing campaigns, product launches, customer events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Assist in preparing campaign materials (briefs, content, visuals, presentations) in coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support on ground and online execution of communication activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with agreed plans.
2. Branding & Content Coordination
• Support the implementation of BASF brand guidelines across marketing and communication materials.
• Coordinate artwork adaptations, translations, and approvals for local marketing materials (print, digital, POSM, event materials).
• Maintain an organized repository of approved branding and communication materials.
3. Digital & Social Media Operations
• Support day to day execution of digital marketing activities including social media posting, website content updates, and basic campaign deployment.
• Coordinate with agencies on content scheduling, asset delivery, and performance tracking for paid and organic digital campaigns.
• Assist in monitoring basic digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and consolidate reports for review.
4. Budget & Administration Support
• Track the communication and digital marketing spending, including PO follow ups, invoice coordination (planned vs. actual).
• Assist in preparing simple cost and performance summaries for internal reporting.
• Maintain structured documentation for campaigns, digital activities, events, and communications materials.
• Ensure records are complete and accessible for audits or internal reference.
5. Media & Event Support
• Support media activities by coordinating logistics, media lists, press material preparation, and post event documentation.
• Assist in drafting simple content such as event summaries, internal updates, or social media captions, under guidance.
• Support relationship management with vendors and suppliers for events and communication activities.
6. Agency & Vendor Coordination
• Act as a coordination point with appointed agencies and vendors for day to day execution matters.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and revisions to ensure alignment with agreed scopes and deadlines.
7. Other Support Responsibilities
• Perform other communications and marketing support tasks as assigned.
• Provide operational backup to ensure continuity of marketing communications activities during peak periods.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Digital analytics and advertising platform knowledge (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM tools).
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). is desirable.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
