Senior Officer (IT Network)

1. Knowledge (*):
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing and operating large-scale Enterprise Network infrastructures with over 1,000 endpoints and multi-site centralized connectivity.
• Network Architecture & Design Capability:
o Proven experience in planning, designing, and optimizing network infrastructure from scratch (Greenfield) to expansion (Brownfield) for corporate offices, industrial parks, or data centers.
o Proficient in developing network architecture documentation, engineering diagrams (High-Level Design - HLD, Low-Level Design - LLD), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Advanced Routing & Switching:
o Expertise in enterprise-grade Core/Distribution/Access switches (deep experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series, Cisco Nexus, or distributed Managed Switches is highly preferred).
o In-depth knowledge of complex routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Layer 2/Layer 3 infrastructure technologies (VLAN, STP, VXLAN, HSRP/VRRP).
• Enterprise Wireless & SD-WAN:
o Experience in designing and deploying large-scale enterprise Wi-Fi systems, managed centrally via Cloud or Controllers (experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst Wireless, or Aruba is a distinct advantage).
o Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing SD-WAN solutions to connect multiple branches securely, reliably, and cost-effectively (MPLS, Internet, 4G/5G).
• Network Security Integration:
o Deep understanding of network security architecture, including the integration of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) such as Palo Alto Networks (PA-Series) or Fortinet into the overall network design.
o Strong mindset and experience in transitioning traditional network infrastructure toward a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and SASE framework.
2. Skills (*):
• Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives, Procurement departments, and external vendors to justify technical solutions, conduct vendor assessments, and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO/ROI).
• Project Management: Proven tracking record in managing the deployment timeline of network infrastructure at new sites or buildings, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless handover.
• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to draft and present complex technical documentation.
3. Qualities (*):
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Information Security, or related engineering fields.
• Required/Highly Preferred Certifications:
o Networking: Expert or Professional level certifications, such as CCIE (Routing & Switching / Enterprise Infrastructure) or CCNP Enterprise.
o Network Security: Advanced certifications from major security vendors, such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) or NSE 7/8 (Fortinet).
o Cloud/Architecture (Strong Plus): CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional), AWS/Azure Network Specialty, or TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture).
