Senior Officer, Quality System (Salary Upto 30Mil)

Position Objective:
• Assist Quality System Manager to establish and maintain the Quality Systems.
• Internal quality system and process audits programe.
• Coorinate the customer annual and certifcate audits.
• Lead to follow up the finding issue from internal and external party audits.
• Ensure control all of new/ revised quality documentations are control & ready for reference in local database.
Position Scope :
Under the direction of Quality System Section Manager, the Quality System Coordinator will take necessary steps with Autoliv policies and procedures, to establish and maintain the quality system in the organization as well as ALV specific audit activities.
Tasks / Responsibilities: (Main Activities)
• Lead of Internal audit program (manufacturing system & process control)
• Initiate and analyze internal audit results and direct audit priorities.
• Provide quality system, manufacturing process,product audits schedule and results to management review.
• Organising the customer requirement audits (annual & plant award/certificate)
• Participate problem resolution teams regarding audit finding issued.
• Establish and maintain the quality systems documented procedures / WI's.
• Document control centre and registration services.
• Provide the basic knowledge training for IATF:16949 standard Req. and Document control systems.
• Performs internal system audits and provide pool of skilled auditors
• Coordinates and administers third party audits
• Supervise and provide the necessary information of customer specific requirement (CSR).
• Analyses audit results and directs audit priorities.
• Provides Management with results and recommendations.
• General assignment required by Quality System Manager.
Key Challenges
• Ensure all elements of IATF:16949 std. was planned to audit program and completed closing status.
• Ensure the major issue from both internal & external audit were analizing and reporting to management review.
• Ensure document control complies to ALV standards and customer requirements.
