Mô tả công việc
* Improve effectiveness/productivity of process by:
* Analysis:
- Identify existing working procedures by organize meeting/on site audit to collect data
- Identify improvement needs, collect current practice and create VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
- Improve processes by deploying LEAN, DMAIC project (measure data and identify Lead time, takt time, Cycle time to calculate percentage of efficiency of current process) suggest improvement actions to QOE Manager and Managements
- Deploy actions and coordinate people to ensure project is managed on time
- Random audit to ensure people/departments still follow up improvements actions.
* Digital :
- Looking into current practice to make a transition of manual task to Digital application (such as Power automate, Power Apps to create auto work flow, help process save time)
- Gradually transfer all paper/file records to online storage and centralize data to save cost, time for storage and access
- Be responsible to analysis need/collect data under process view and get advice with local IT to improve/create application/tool for users
- Coordinate with Global R&D/Innovation to follow/apply Global improvement action to Vietnam

Yêu cầu
* Education:
- University Degree in technical (Chemistry, Biotechnology..) or in Management (Quality Management , Economic Management...)
* Knowledge:
- 7 Analysis tools (Fish Bone, Pareto, FMEA, BPMN model, etc...)
- Have trained on LEAN, 6 sigma, Project Management Fundamental
- Power automate, Power Bi, SQL
* Experience : in factory, QA/QC, production control (at least 3 years)
* Language: English at least communication everage, reading is good
