SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING - GOOGLE ADS | E-COMMERCE/D2C

NEXGEN BROS is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing professional who can independently manage full-funnel Google Ads and help scale our international E-commerce/D2C business.
What you'll do
Own and optimize Search, PMax, Shopping & Demand Gen campaigns.
Make daily optimization decisions based on performance data.
Optimize search terms, negative keywords, asset groups & audience signals.
Monitor ROAS, CTR, CVR, Impression Share, Cost and identify performance issues early.
Coordinate with Feed & Creative teams to improve campaign performance.
Maintain dashboards and reporting via GA4.
Stay updated with Google Ads/GA4 and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience with Google Ads in E-commerce/D2C.
Proven ability to independently manage Search + PMax + Shopping for a brand.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, tracking and performance metrics.
Data-driven mindset with strong budget management skills.
Good English reading comprehension.
Experience with AI tools is a plus.
