I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
PATI Group is entering a phase of hyper-growth with a goal of 20x our revenue within the next 12 months across international markets (US/EU/AU).
We are not looking for typical media buyers. We are searching for Marketing Experts with a LOGIC-DRIVEN and AI-DRIVEN MINDSET, who can master technology and manage large-scale budgets to directly architect this growth.
At PATI, you will work in an AI-First environment (comprehensive AI integration), with full autonomy over your budget and direct accountability for business outcomes.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
You will hold a pivotal role in operating the Performance Marketing system:
Scale Up (Budget Operation): Directly plan and optimize advertising budgets of $50,000+/month on Meta and TikTok platforms. You hold final accountability for performance metrics (ROAS) and Net Profit.
System Integrity (Tracking Management): Ensure data infrastructure (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) operates with 99% accuracy. Ruthlessly resolve policy issues, handle account appeals, and maintain continuous system uptime.
Data Analysis: Utilize logical thinking to analyze Cohort metrics, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and CAC. Identify "Winning Pockets" to make budget scaling decisions based on real-time data.
Mentorship: Guide, technical review, and train junior personnel to multiply operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads. Experience handling budgets >$50k/month is mandatory (preference for POD, Dropship, or Global DTC).
Mathematical & Logical Thinking: Extremely strong. You must work based on data, not intuition.
English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and comprehension (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent). Ability to scan technical documents, policy updates, and US market research fluently.
Technical Skills:
eCommerce: Proven experience with eCommerce websites (Shopify) or Landing Page Builders (Ladipage or equivalent).
AI Tools: Proficient in using AI tools, including but not limited to: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 09:00 AM. Team runs and weekly reflections.
