MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and collaborate with internal teams to develop professional, creative, and strategic proposals that address client objectives.
Analyze client and industry insights to define clear strategic directions and communication approaches for each brief.
Stay updated on local and global event trends, identifying innovative ideas that can be adapted to the Vietnamese market.
Gather and evaluate data to extract key learnings and strategic recommendations post-project.
Drive brainstorming sessions and contribute strong creative and strategic ideas for campaigns and event concepts.
Explore and apply new technologies and tools in events, activations, and brand experiences.
Work with the Planning Lead to build and refine a proposal and master plan library to improve team efficiency and output quality.
REQUIREMENTS :
From 3 years of experience as a Planner, preferably in event (indoor/outdoor), IMC, creative agency, or music festival environments.
Strong skills in proposal writing, strategic thinking, and storytelling.
Proactive, trend-sensitive, and eager to learn about market and technology shifts.
Team-oriented, growth-minded, and ready to take on challenges.
