Position Summary
Responsible Manufacturing Equipment for reliability equipment & fixture of Milwaukee product, who will work with cross-function teams to ensure all facilities in production.
The goal is to ensure the condition of equipment & fixture are robust, reliable and smoothly operation in driving for the performance of problem solving for Safety/Quality, Productivity, Cost
Key Responsibilities
Ensure new machines & fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over Mass production successfully
Prepare reports, machine documentation, and provide full training to technician team
Establishment the change over among group product models machines, fixtures family
Work together with crossed-functional teams in VN and oversea: to analyze failures and take proper actions for each failure related to test setup, fixture, and/or equipmen
GK/VE Productivity Initiatives: Financial awareness and clear numerical tracking
Project management at genernal level for: NPD, NPI and other events in shop floor

Bachelor's degree in Engineering field (Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical)
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing focus on launching new products, lines
Good communication in English
Knowledgeable in FMEA, PFMEA, RCA correlation machines and product
Other skillsets in communication, team working are required for this position
