JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for making/maintaining Master Production Schedule (MPS) and
New Projects within the limitations of the line rate and internal and external constraints to
ensure on time delivery (OTD) performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Weekly loading and capacity analysis, drive for solution if capacity has risk to support
customer demand.
- Review/double check orders which meet customers demand and provide realistic promise
date to customer.
- Develop / Maintain weekly level load production schedule based online rate.
- Respond to inquiries from sales and customers regarding delivery of new or existing orders.
- Monitor progress of manufacturing to ensure schedule compliance and expedite when
necessary.
- Lead Daily Production meeting with manufacturing team and other supporting team to drive
solution for open issue affect delivery. Escalate if necessary.
- Coordinate to related functions: Shipping, Project, Finance, Operation team
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes that affect material plans.
- Review and coordinate the disposition of excess and obsolete material for product line
responsibilities.
- Inventory control for WIP and FG.
- Continuous improvement for planning processes.
- Leadership and develop team/ subordinates

Education University graduated
Experience
5 years and above work experience in production planning, demand
management, inventory control role
Knowledge
- Knowledge in production planning and supply chain field
- Fully understand ERP system and excel operation formula, familiar with
Oracle is preferred
Functional
Skills
- Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills, good
coordination skills.
- Good sense of data analyzing
- Expertise on master planning and scheduling planning
Other Abilities Excel VBA, PowerBI is referred
Work Location: SHTP - Dist.9 - HCMC. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong, Dong Nai
