Corporate communications and PR strategy
Develop and execute PR initiatives to strengthen NYB.AI and Vecura's visibility across Singapore and international markets.
Identify relevant media outlets, journalists, industry publications, and communication opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and relevant communication partners.
Develop communication plans for company milestones, strategic partnerships, product launches, and other corporate announcements.
Media relations and external communications
Draft and manage press releases, media pitches, corporate announcements, executive statements, and other external communication materials.
Coordinate media outreach, interview opportunities, press briefings, and external communications activities.
Translate complex AI, biotech, and scientific developments into clear, accurate, and compelling messages for external audiences.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate information, obtain approvals, and ensure consistency across communications.
Thought leadership and executive communications
Develop thought leadership content positioning NYB.AI and its leadership as credible voices in AI-driven drug discovery, biotechnology, and scientific research.
Prepare executive articles, opinion pieces, speaking points, interview briefs, and other leadership communication materials.
Identify speaking opportunities, industry forums, conferences, and media platforms relevant to company priorities.
Work with leadership and scientific teams to communicate the company's expertise, vision, and innovation impact.
Media monitoring and communications performance
Monitor media coverage, industry news, competitor communications, and emerging trends to identify relevant opportunities.
Maintain media contact databases, communications calendars, coverage records, and PR documentation.
Track media coverage and relevant communications metrics to evaluate PR effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing, product, business development, and scientific teams to align external communications with broader company messaging.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or strategic communications.
Experience working in a large, established corporation or multinational company is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing media relations, corporate announcements, press releases, and executive communications.
Strong spoken and written English, with excellent writing, editing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiarity with the Singapore media landscape and international communications practices is highly preferred.
Experience in AI, technology, biotech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other innovation-driven industries is a plus.
Strong understanding of corporate messaging, communication approvals, brand reputation, and professional communications standards.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple communications projects and deadlines.
Proactive, professional, and able to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Singapore-based candidates are preferred. This is a 6-month contract position.
