Job Overview
As a Senior Pricing / Procurement Executive, you will play a key role in optimizing Voltrans Logistics' pricing strategy and strengthening the company's global logistics network. This position is responsible for sourcing competitive freight rates, managing relationships with carriers and logistics partners, and providing effective pricing solutions to support business growth.
You will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure competitive market offerings, improve service quality, and contribute to the company's overall logistics performance in an international environment.

Location: Head Office - 174/13 Dien Bien Phu Street, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Model: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Agent Management: Build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, overseas agents, and local logistics vendors.
Rate Negotiation & Procurement: Source, negotiate, and continuously update competitive freight rates and local charges from suppliers.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop optimal pricing strategies and tailored logistics solutions for clients.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, carrier capacity, and freight rate fluctuations to provide timely market updates to internal departments.
Issue Resolution: Partner with operational teams to handle operational issues related to bookings, freight rates, and service quality.
Reporting: Prepare periodic pricing and procurement reports as required by management.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Pricing/Procurement role within the Freight Forwarding industry.
Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Languages: Good command of English (knowledge of Mandarin is a strong advantage).
